主要研究領(lǐng)域:
(一)特種、專用機(jī)器人協(xié)同控制技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)品研發(fā)
研究特種和專用作業(yè)機(jī)器人運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)、動(dòng)力學(xué)性能、動(dòng)態(tài)規(guī)劃與決策,以及多輸入、多輸出的機(jī)電液協(xié)調(diào)控制技術(shù),機(jī)器人工作過(guò)程的自動(dòng)定位、自動(dòng)避障、過(guò)載保護(hù)和地形自適應(yīng)技術(shù)等。在國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金、科技部中小企業(yè)創(chuàng)新基金項(xiàng)目、廣西科技廳和南寧市科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目資助下,深入研究極端條件和農(nóng)林環(huán)衛(wèi)領(lǐng)域非完整約束機(jī)器人的設(shè)計(jì)方法和控制技術(shù)并取得了重要研究成果,已申請(qǐng)發(fā)明專利43項(xiàng),獲授權(quán)35項(xiàng),成功研發(fā)了大、中、小3種機(jī)型,目前正與企業(yè)合作開(kāi)始推向市場(chǎng)。
(二)生產(chǎn)過(guò)程智能檢測(cè)與控制技術(shù)
“甘蔗煮煉過(guò)程全局協(xié)同優(yōu)化及其智能控制技術(shù)”,連續(xù)獲得了3期國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目資助,同時(shí)也獲得了廣西和南寧市科技攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目資助,研究從煮糖過(guò)程循環(huán)流動(dòng)機(jī)理、全局協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)、智能控制理論方法和生產(chǎn)控制系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)等多方面展開(kāi),并取得了重要研究成果,有效解決了煮糖過(guò)程關(guān)鍵工藝參數(shù)全局協(xié)調(diào)優(yōu)化及其控制的準(zhǔn)確性、穩(wěn)定性和可靠性;公開(kāi)發(fā)表相關(guān)學(xué)術(shù)論文20余篇,獲授權(quán)發(fā)明專利10項(xiàng),成功研發(fā)的“煮糖結(jié)晶過(guò)程智能控制系統(tǒng)”已經(jīng)在廣西南寧糖業(yè)股份公司大橋糖廠和明陽(yáng)糖廠等推廣應(yīng)用。
